Perfect Fit sleeves solve a specific annoyance with double-sleeving: a normal inner sleeve leaves the very top edge of the card slightly exposed once you add an outer sleeve over it. Perfect Fit sleeves are cut closer to the card itself, so once you slide the card in and add your usual outer sleeve on top, there's no exposed edge left for dust or wear to get at.
